Splendore.....Tudor Blues (Repeat) This is a lovely fingering  weight in 100% Silk. It's a 2 ply and it really is special. Nothing takes dye like 100% Silk. It just glows and glows. Tudor Series: Subtle Ikat dye technique. Colors: Note, this color is much more saturated and deep in the 100% Silk. Colors: Blues, cyans, a touch of Boleyn teal and dark purplish blues are in there. Very rich.

Care:
Handwash cool water, air dry flat.
Note, this is not a superwash yarn so handle with care. Color bleeding can be normal for hand dyed yarns. I take special care when setting dyes and I thoroughly rinse the yarns. Blues and reds can be difficult to completely exhaust. A good tip is to add some distilled white vinegar to your final rinse water; it will stop the bleeding. I also recommend using a gentle wool wash such as Soak, Eucalan. I always use luke warm water for my knits and handwash even if it is superwash.
